[EnergyPlus_Support] WeatherConverter Program

Can the weather data/information be created by myself?

Also, if it can be created, the format of the weather data shall be in accordance with the *.epw or not?

Can I just input or create the weather data through general text file (i.e. *.txt) and using the "weatherconverter" to convert it to *.epw so that the EP program can detect it when running the simulation program?
