The current version of EnergyPlus 1.0.0 does not icnlude either of 
these.  Version 1.0.1, (expected release by March 2002), will include 
a model for PV (photovoltaic) systems.  Solar thermal systems are 
planned for version 1.1 to be released in 2003.
