[EnergyPlus_Support] sending attachments

Hi
I sent an e-mail to EnergyPlus_Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with an 
attachment and don't understand why its not posted.  

Does the moderator review all messages before posting?  

Is there a way of attaching files when posting directly from IE5?
