Yes, it can do all of these. In addition to forced air systems using
DX and chilled water cooling, EnergyPlus can model hot water
radiators (BASEBOARD HEATER:Water:Convective), heated and cooled
surfaces (LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:HYDRONIC, LOW TEMP RADIANT
SYSTEM:ELECTRIC) and gas or electric radiant heaters (HIGH TEMP
RADIANT SYSTEM).
