[EnergyPlus_Support] problem reading the outpit spreed sheet

hi!
  I been using energyplus for my masters project i have a problem 
after simulating my program successfully when i am trying to open the 
spreedsheet for my results its giving an error messeage " error 
initializing spreed sheet " i am unable to solve this problem and 
need some help.
