Those are the design temperature percentiles from
the ASHRAE 2001 Handbook of Fundamentals,
Chapter 27.  It is not currently used by EnergyPlus--design

Dear Sir/Madam


Referring to the weather files, what does the percentage classification
such as 99.6%, 90%, 40%, 2.5%, 2%, 1% of the following design types mean:


Cooling, Evaporation, Dehumidification, Heating Dry Bulb, Coldest Month,
MWS/PWD to DB


I would appreciate your help.
