Actually, if you look at the error file out of your recent file, here are the important messages.  I apologize in advance if they are not identical to what you are seeing as I ran this in the most recent EnergyPlus Version:

These two are pretty bad and will cause more problems later:
   ** Severe  ** Did not find matching material for construct ESPAçOS 40CM missing material = TIJOLO 14
   ** Severe  ** Did not find matching material for construct TECTO 5 missing material = TECTO 5 30 CM

This is not so bad:
   ** Warning ** Shadowing Transmittance Schedule not specified for PALA LATERAL, shadowing device is always opaque

Again, these are bad:
   ** Severe  ** Surface P5 Z42 WALL004 has no matching Construction -- could not find RESTO 4 20CM SENTIDO1
   ** Severe  ** Surface P5 Z42 WALL005 has no matching Construction -- could not find RESTO 4 20CM SENTIDO1

And then these are not good either:
   ** Severe  ** Construction PAREDE 20 TIJOLO SENTIDO2 of interzone surface P5 Z42 WALL006 does not have the same number of layers as the construction PAREDE 20 TIJOLO  MARMORE SENTIDO1 of adjacent surface P5 Z3 WALL003
   ** Severe  ** Construction PAREDE 20 TIJOLO SENTIDO2 of interzone surface P5 Z42 WALL007 does not have the same number of layers as the construction PAREDE 20 TIJOLO  MARMORE SENTIDO1 of adjacent surface P5 Z3 WALL002

If you fix the above ones, (except the warning), you should have a file that will run.
