Hi,
I was wondering if anybody could explain the variable "SUMHAT
[J]". IT
appears in the report variable data dictionary.
The short answer is twofold:
1. It is really a "developer"/debug variable that a
developer might use to see that the heat balance calculation is going
properly, but is not labelled as such. It's not really intended
that users would use this.
2. It is the sum of product of heat trans coefficients, surface
area, and inside surface
temperature.
It may be somewhat addressed in the Engineering Document discussion of
heat balance calculations.
