Sensible loads may be calculated using a simple system called 
"Purchased Air".  See EnergyPlus\ExampleFiles\PurchAir.idf for an 
example.

Latent loads are a bit more complicated.  The latent loads from 
internal gains (people and equipment) are reported as a sum for each 
zone, "Zone- Total Latent Gain", but this does not include latent 
effects from infiltration, ventilation, and outside air in the HVAC 
system.
