In the DataSets folder that is installed during EnergyPlus installation, 
the BLAST and DOE-2 Materials as well as Construction libraries are 
included.  With V1.0.3, "Composite Constructions" were also included.

We are working on a revised set that will mirror the ASHRAE thermal 
properties -- similar to what BLAST and DOE-2 materials did, for both SI 
and IP names -- converted to EnergyPlus format but not sure which release 
these will be a part of.
