[EnergyPlus_Support] window

I´m experience some difficulties with a simple window.My wall is define as 
follows.

Surface:HeatTransfer,
    P0 EAST E1,              !- User Supplied Surface

The error message is

** Severe  ** Base surface does not surround subsurface (CHKSBS)
   **   ~~~   ** Surface "P0 EAST E1" overlaps SubSurface "P0 EAST 
E1::WIN001-BAIXO"

The strange thing is if you substitute 0.01 in vertex 1 Z and 2 Z and put 
instead the value 0 the error disapear.If you put 0 in vertex 1Z and 2Z you 
can put any value in the other two Z but if you change the zero value of the 
first two Z the error message appear.
I think the explanation is very simple but I can´t see it right now.
Can anyone help me?
