[EnergyPlus_Support] Electric Equipment per sq.mt.

Hi,

I am simulating a 500 sq.mt. laboratory with a dual duct VAV system set to
autosize with control type 4. I am wondering if there is an upper limit to
how much electric equipment per sq.mt. can be input for maintaining the
zone air temperature within a reasonable range? The three zone in the
example files uses approx 60-80W/sq.mt. Even with 47 w/sq.mt., the zone
temperatures I get are way off the specified setpoint.

I have checked all schedules and both heating and cooling are available
all through the year.
