The max and mins are reported but don't show up in the csv files -- the 
"ReadVarsESO" program is not smart enough but if you look at the "raw" data 
files (eplusout.mtr) you will see the max and mins there for each 
meter.  (Same is true for other variables but you would have to look in the 
.eso file for them).
