The PV uses the same latitude as the Location and/or Weather File used by 
simulation.  In fact, you must use a weather file for the current PV object 
and the weather file location information overrides the Location object in 
the input file.

So, you would need to change the weather file's latitude/longitude in order 
to see a change.
