for command line execution you need to have the following files in the same
directory as energyplus.exe:  in.idf, energy+.idd, and in.epw.  
EnergyPlus expects the input files to have these names and is called without
any arguments. 
So if you are working with batch files, you need to rename and/or move input
files.

i know how to run EnergyPlus using EP-LOUNCH but i
need to run the program using the procedure file or
the DOS Command prompt using RunEPlus.bat method.
But when i do as is given in getting started document
it can't simulate the files. it says "the system can
not find the file specified."
or "in.idf "is missing.
Henece i need help how can i run any idf file using
the RunEPlus.bat method.
    so  sir i think you can help me now
