[EnergyPlus_Support] Water tank as an energy storage

Hi All
I am trying to use some 200 liter Water tank as an energy storage in 
some school I am running.
How can I input it into E+ ?
Should I enter it as a internal mass ? if yes - what would be 
the "construction"  ?
