[EnergyPlus_Support] weather file & heat gain

Hi, 1. My simulation is running with 2 design days. Now I want 
additional use weather data. I got the data from: 
http://www.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weatherdata/weath
er_request.cfm
I converted the .IWC data into .epw data but I get a Fatal:
**Fatal** Runperiod requested not within DataPeriod from Weather File
************* EnergyPlus Terminated--Fatal Error Detected. 3 
Warning; 0 Severe Errors
The Runperiod is definitively within the Dataperiod.
Is there an explanation for the "Fatal"?
2. How can I get the output of latent and sensible heat gains 
(consequential total heat gain) ??
Is there anybody who can help me?
