[EnergyPlus_Support] E+ crashed

i didn't make any change
when i use the pause it says
ReadVarsESO program starting
Rquested ESO file=eplusout.mtr
doesnot exist. ReadVarsESO program terminated.
i can't understand this message.
i have another question
i am registered for E+ V1.2 but i didn't download it
when i am registered. and when i am trying to download
it later it asks me to register again. but it can't
accept me to do it twice. so how can i get E+ 1.2
using my first registration.
