[EnergyPlus_Support] trivial issue with build 29

I just downloaded EnergyPlusV1.2 Build29 (using web download)
- I launched EP-Launch
- clicked on 'Edit-IDF Editor'

- got an error message
The follwing invalid slash codes were found during parsing the 
Energy+.IDD file:

/minimum>0
/minimum>0

I edited the Energy+.idd file and changed the 
/minimum>0 
to
/minimum> 0

The error message went away.
