[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather Statistics report

We are entertaining ideas for any more statistics to be included in the 
weather statistics report that can be generated from the weather converter 
program.  Even one file is a bit too long to include in this message, but 
you can generate statistics from any weather file by using the 
program.  Also, during the install, several are included in the WeatherData 
folder under the main install folder.

One statistic we will be including (by next release or before) is a slight 
change for wind direction reporting.  Right now, it averages the wind 
direction for a month.  That really isn't very useful or accurate (e.g.  20 
- 90 and 20 - 270 average to 180, a confusing picture).  Instead we will be 
including more of a direction "bin" report, with the most frequent 
directions being reported along with #hours in those.

If people have other ideas of statistics that would be very useful, now is 
the time to tell me -- either by reply to this message or send them 
directly to linda@xxxxxxxxxx
