[EnergyPlus_Support] FREE Unit Conversion Programs

For those IP people,

I've located two FREE and user friendly unit conversion programs on 
the internet that you can download and intstall on your computers.

 The first is a general unit conversion program and can be found at:
www.joshmadison.com/software   the program is "Convert" and you can 
download for free.

The second appears to be more sophisticated and developed for 
engineers.  It can be found at:  www.katmarsoftware.com  the program 
is "Uconeer".  Its under the free software tab.

These may help us IP folks enter SI units into Eplus more easily 
since the program prefers SI units.
