Best way to modify a weather file is to convert it
(using WeatherConverter) to CSV, change the
fields you want to change (you can edit in Excel),
and then convert it back using WeatherConverter.
WeatherConverter is on the EnergyPlus V1.2 Programs
menu and is installed by default.

Dear Sir,
I am trying to modify the wheather file in order to test some glazing
options for a commercial building but I couldn´t find how to do it. Is
there anybody who tried to modify this files ? I need to change solar
radiation and dry bulb temperature.
