Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] generate two csv files with different frequency
You can not output 2 separate files, if that is what you really want
then you have to run the simulation twice, once with a report frequency
of hourly, and the other with a report frequency of daily. You can
output both the hourly information and the daily information in the SAME
file.
For instance if you want average outdoor dry bulb temperature on an
hourly and a daily basis, add the following to your .idd file:
Report Variable,
*, !- Key_Value
Outdoor Dry Bulb, !- Variable_Name
hourly; !- Reporting_Frequency
Report Variable,
*, !- Key_Value
Outdoor Dry Bulb, !- Variable_Name
daily; !- Reporting_Frequency
The output will look something like this
Date/Time Environment:Outdoor Dry Bulb [C](Hourly) Environment:Outdoor
Dry Bulb [C](Daily)
07/21 01:00:00 21.92731515
