[EnergyPlus_Support] incorrect results

i am simulating a ground plus one office building
using purchased air. when i see the results on there
is no any  cooling in the zones and in some zones the
Sys/zone air temperature is negative which is
incorrect b/c the minimum outside temperature of the
area is 23 deg.C and most of the time it is above 30
deg.C. i have checked my input file but i can't get
any error. i have already used the weather file for
another simulation which gives me a good result.
 so is there any one who could suggest me what will be
the possible error ?
