hi this warning comes from the incorrect floor
geometry you entered in the idf file. you should check
whether the inpputs in the surfacesGeometry macths
with the way you give the coordinates of the floor
surface. you should give the geomtry of the floor as
you see the floor from the out side of the zone. if
for example the floor is in the ground the assum you
see the floor as you are under the ground give the
coordinates as you specify in the SurfaceGeometry
object.
