Yes, when you are performing daylighting analysis as part of your 
EnergyPlus simulation, interreflection of visible light between interior 
surfaces is taken into consideration.  The appropriate visible 
reflectance of each interior surface must be input to account for 
different surface "colors."

When using the Daylighting:Detailed method in EnergyPlus, the effects of 
interreflection are calculated using a "split-flux" method.  This is 
described in the Daylighting and Window Calculations section of the 
EnergyPlus Engineering Reference that is part of the included documentation.

When using the Daylighting:DElight method in EnergyPlus, the effects of 
interreflection are calculated using a "radiosity" method.
