[EnergyPlus_Support] PV module

Hi,

I am trying to figure out the calculation algorithms for PV in E+. I
understand that there are 3 options:

Simple Mode
TRNSYS PV
Sandia

Can anyone tell me if any of these modules take into account the
effect of external shading on the PV panels?? And would I need to
adjust the performance for dirt etc. manually?

Also, any other pointers in attempting to simulate PV output would be
useful.
