Hello, Lee...

I don't know any software to convert a drawing file to idf directly
(hey, E+ user's: is there any software can do that?), but you can use
Autodesk Architectural Desktop to convert this drawing into a IFC file.
Then, using the BSPro, convert it to a idf file. The BSPro install is
included in E+ installer.
