[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Movable insulation
Dear Mike,
Thank you very much for your reply. The thing is I wanto to model
something like a wooden panel over the window (I don´t know the
english word for this). The main function is not really shading, but
isolating by being closed at night.
I´m not so sure about how to set wood properties as a "shade". I've
set the properties like this:
Solar transmittance - 0
Solar reflectance - 0.2
Visible transmittance - 0
Visible reflectance - 0.2
Thermal hemispherical emissivity -0.9
Thermal transmittance - 0
Do you think this way it will work?
