Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] A question about the all-outside-air system

The SYSTEM SIZING option will only impact the autosizing of coils in that 
system.  If you want 100% outside air in the simulation, you need an outside 
air system (with controller and mixing box).  In the CONTROLLER:OUTSIDE AIR 
object, set "MinimumLimit"="PROPORTIONAL MINIMUM" and set the "Minimum Outside 
Air Schedule Name" to a schedule which is 1.0 for the times at which you want 
100% outside air.
