[EnergyPlus_Support] HVAC diagram viewer

Hi all, 

I am having trouble displaying the HVAC diagrams from the example files. I seem to have no program assigned to display the .svg file. Under the File menu in EP Launch i went to Select Diagramming Program and tried assigning AutoCAd and Volvo view and then tried to display the svg diagram. I still could not display the HVAC diagram after doing this. 
What is a suitable program for displaying the HVAC diagram?
and 
How do you assign the program as the viewer and then initiate the program to display the diagram ?
