I do not believe that you can perform a swimming pool study with Energy+
unless you become a developer and write some code of your own. There
are no provisions for integrating the variable water evaporation rates
of the pool water surface other than specifying loads in schedules. The
available mechanical equipment can not be controlled to mimic available
pool HVAC equipment. In any simulation, the ground heat losses can be
highly variable. That said, I was able to use Energy+ to calculate some
design loads for a small natatorium. Under design conditions one can
specify reasonable moisture loads and discharge conditions from the
equipment so that purchased air can be used. The task I had for my
simulation was to predict a summer cooling condition given the existing
equipment and a row of trees a few yards away from a new solarium that
formed one end of the pool space...

simulate it by EnergyPlus, I mean the energy consumption of the
swimming
pool as a function of water temperature, water amount ... also
considering
the very wet indoor ambient (very high ambient RH and high ambient
temperature).
