These are your biggest problem:

** Severe ** Did not find matching material for construct MW PARTITION
WALL, missing material = PLASTER MWP
** Severe ** Did not find matching material for construct MW PARTITION
WALL, missing material = CONCRETE BLOCK MWP
** Severe ** Did not find matching material for construct MW PARTITION
WALL, missing material = PLASTER MWP

These cause the program to stop. You have material objects and properties
for these materials (PLASTER MWP and CONCRETE BLOCK MWP).

The others are more of an alert -- to make sure you know what you are doing
when you input something like that:

** Severe ** CAUTION -- Interzone surfaces are usually in different zones
    ** ~~~ ** Surface=ZONE NORTH SURFACE WEST, Zone=ZONE NORTH
    ** ~~~ ** Surface=ZONE NORTH SURFACE EAST, Zone=ZONE NORTH

Here, you've said that the surface (Zone North Surface West) is adjacent to
another surface in that same zone (Zone North Surface East). That may be
okay if you understand the consequences of setting up your model with that
adjacency.
