In your input, where you have:


OUTSIDE AIR SYSTEM,
     OA_1301,                 !- Name
     AHU_1301 Controller List,!- Name: Controller List
     OA _1301 Equipment,      !- Name of an Air Loop Equipment List
     AHU_1301 Avail List;     !- Name of a System Availability Manager List

It should be:


OUTSIDE AIR SYSTEM,
     OA_1301,                 !- Name
     AHU_1301 OA Controller List,!- Name: Controller List
     OA _1301 Equipment,      !- Name of an Air Loop Equipment List
     AHU_1301 Avail List;     !- Name of a System Availability Manager List

This will get you to your next error which is:

    **  Fatal  ** GetConnectorList: Connector List not found=HEATING DEMAND 
SIDE CONNECTORS
