[EnergyPlus_Support] output files

Dear all,
I have a problem. I know it seems nonsense but at the end of the
simulation I can't find output files except files that includes my inputs
although i fill reports. And I can't find dxf files. What is the problem?
I checked example files. But all seems correct.Thanks for reading this.
