[EnergyPlus_Support] Humidity and CO2 controls

I would like to model a number of different domestic ventilation 
systems e.g. MVHR and local extract with heat recovery.  A number of 
these systems are %RH or CO2 controlled and switch to boost mode 
depending either on a set-point or to several boost settings 
depending on the rate of change.  Is this control feedback loop 
possible to model in Energy Plus?
