AW: [EnergyPlus_Support] Internal surface
Mike,
in my mail I wanted to know what are the conventions for internal
surfaces.
These surfaces are located in the room. For e.g. a kind of balcony or
gallery .
One room with two levels.
Thanks.
Arno

Each internal surface is described twice - once in each of the zones it
separates. The first layer in a construction is always the outside
layer
relative to the zone it is attached to. Within a zone, the inside layer
absorbs solar radiation which has entered the zone through windows. See
example file 5ZoneAuto.idf It has five zones plus a plenum zone with
interzone
surfaces between all zones
