If you have not done so already, visit the LBNL web site for WINDOW 5
and down load the simulation manual for windows. As I recall it
includes the calculation methods as well as a lot of stuff you don't
need or want about constructing approved models for rating analysis.

The main problem is that the availability of ISO 15099 or the NRFC
200 for me here in Hamburg/Germany is plus/minus zero.
So I am looking for a resource which can help me...
If there is anybody who knows how to get one of these standards
through the WWW ;-)
I would be very glad.
