[EnergyPlus_Support] weather data format

Dear all,

I have a few questions about weather data meaning in the .epw files:
    * all data refer to the 60th minute of a certain hour. For example hour
4 minute 60. Does it mean hour 5 minute 0?
    * are all data instantaneous values or mean values? In the last case,
the average is over the previous hour, the next hour or centered on the hour?
Thanks for helping.
Kind regards

Adriana Angelotti
