Your actual problem here is too many external nodes -- at least for the 
wind pressure coefficients.  It appears to be limited to 200.  I am not 
sure if it is extensible or a limitation of COMIS.

That is your second problem -- when you run the input file with the 
EnergyPlus downloaded version.
