EnergyPlus does not report a zone latent load.  The latent loads from internal 
gains (people and equipment) can be reported seperately, if desired.  The total 
latent load including infiltration and ventilation is reported as the latent 
coil load on the cooling equipment.  A true latent "load" calculation requires 
that the zone humidity level be controlled to a specific setpoint using a 
humidistat and equipment capable of such control.
