[EnergyPlus_Support] New Weather Data for India

58 weather files for locations throughout India developed
by the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and
Air-Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) are now available
on the EnergyPlus web site:

www.energyplus.gov/cfm/weather_data3.cfm/region=2_asia_wmo_region_2/country=IND/cname=India

ISHRAE developed the source TMY2-format weather files
specifically for use with building energy performance
simulation programs. ISHRAE has granted DOE permission to
distribute versions of the individual ISHRAE files in
converted format suitable for EnergyPlus (EPW) and make
those files available to users at no cost via the EnergyPlus
web site.

Our thanks to ISHRAE for making these data available to the
EnergyPlus simulation community.  This provides a much needed
extension of Indian locations--bringing the number of locations
available for India to 66, including the eight IWEC locations.
