Really not enough information to tell.  Did you try the FtMon7 vs the 
FtMon (1) file?

Many things may enter in here -- you don't say if when you further 
divided your bigger zones you added walls, for example.  You need to 
replicate any interior walls/partitions into Internal Mass objects 
when you collapse the number of zones.
