Actually, the window AC model has an outside air mixer associated with
it which allows a fixed amount of outdoor air flow through the window
air conditioner.
Look at object AIR CONDITIONER:WINDOW:CYCLING in the WindACAuto.idf
example file (specifically, the fields "maximum air flow rate {m3/s}",
"maximum outside air flow rate {m3/s}", and "outside air mixer name").
