Ignore this one.  just means your north axis for building or zone are non-zero.

This one is more important.  This floor is facing "up" instead of 
"down".  Maybe you put in the vertices in the wrong order(?) -- 
clockwise where you told it (SurfaceGeometry object) it would be 
counterclockwise.
