[EnergyPlus_Support] Documentation for DesignBuilder

Hi, I'm using DesignBuilder to create a simulation for my degree, but I need some documentation about software (history, algorithms, templates, or anything else). I haven't found informations on the website, can you send me something?
I have another question. In the folder "activity template" are listed only sectors related to England and Wales, is it possible to require templates about Italy?
