[EnergyPlus_Support] EnergyPlus v.1.2.3 installation problem

Hello,

After downloading EnergyPlus new version 1.2.3 we have found following
error during installation (same as sent by John two days ago):
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
 GLJ98.tmp - Unable to locate component                                     
 Application failed to start because DFORRTD.DLL was not found.             
 Reinstalling the application may fix this problem                          
                                                                            
 We have replaced EPlusDrw.dll as Linda explained, and then everything is   
 OK, except working with EPW files using the IDF-editor (it is OK with      
 Text-editor): Error '13' on execution time. Types don't match.             
 (approximate translation from Spanish)                                     
                                                                            
 We are working with Windows XP SP2.                                        
                                                                            
 Can anyone help us with this problem?
