Almost.  You will also need to go to the
WindowGlassMaterials file and get the material (windowglass) that is 
named "Clear 3mm"
and to the WindowGasMaterials file and get the material 
(WindowGasMixture) that is
names "Air 6mm".

With those three things (the construction and the two materials), you 
can put them in your own text file and use them that way.
