If you run an example file and generate a DXF file and still have 
problems, then it's not the EnergyPlus software.

I don't know what will happen if you try a 1.2.3 EPlusDrw.dll with 
the older WinEPDraw.  I assumed that you were using the latest 
software.   Did you load the weatherconverter when you installed the 
V1.2.2 -- that would probably be necessary there as well?
