[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone multipliers in combination with 'low temp radiant system:hydronic'?

Mike, Linda,
is it possible to use zone multipliers in combination with a 'low temp
radiant system:hydronic' system?

I know that the zone multiplier multiplies the zone loads but do not
upsize the zone equipment.

How should I change a 'low temp radiant system:hydronic' system?
Can I change the water flow rate?
This would yield to a extreme large flow velocity (tubing inside
diameter=const), and furthermore also influence the heat exchange
rate!
But even if I increase the flow rate: the surface area, the water and
zone temperature are about the same, so we can't transfer more heat in
the zone! Or is this handled by E+ automatically?
